Growth is gradual and relative. For some, the same distance travelled or same walls climbed may offer them unseen insights and may transform their life incomparably, while for others travelling far away and consistently raising the bar is extremely exciting and a measure of growth and success. In essence, a balance of both in life is bound to present a long-term and sustainable growth.

Another essential perspective is to understand that inner and outer growth – regardless of it being personal, professional or organizational – must be balanced. Even if outer appearance is unchanged, inner growth is of prime significance.

Finely balancing all aspects of growth leads to unseen horizons and unprecedented success. The world out there is full of wonderful experiences leading one towards any horizon or level of success one may be seeking, one simply needs to open the window and look out. Gaze into the eyes of others who are doing the same, and extend arms to touch fingers and shake hands. It’s a truly wonderful world out there, close your eyes and see deeply.
